Summer Events for our MOMS group:

Playgroup: 2nd & 4th Monday of the month - 10-1pm at various homes. Bring a lunch and enjoy some fellowship time with other moms. June 24th (changed to Tuesday because of a calendar conflict - just for this day), July 14th, July 28th, August 11th & August 25th. Email Amy Stein for the location of each playgroup.

Bounce Around: Friday, July 25th & Wednesday, August 20. The open pop-in play time is from 10-12 noon at 899 Airport Park Road (Ste L) in Glen Burnie.  It is $5.50/per child and $11/per adult (to be paid only if you bounce, otherwise adults are free).  You must sign a waiver (which they'll give you when you arrive). They also suggested being there a little early (9:45-9:50) because space is limited.  A few other rules are - no jewelry, no belts and socks are REQUIRED!

Swim Days: TBD

Miscellaneous Events: Thursday, June 19th - Meet at the Maryland Zoo at 10am. Friday, August 1st - Meet at Sandy Point State Park & Beach at 10:30am. Wear your swimsuit and bring a lunch! $ to get in - kids in carseats are free.

Our MOMS group began as a simple Bible study on Tuesday mornings but has grown to Wednesday evenings and occasionally Sunday mornings. The MOMS group was created to give mothers a change to study together with other moms. The time together is invaluable! Childcare is provided for all MOMS Bible studies.

Tuesday mornings from 9:30-11am

Our twice a month Bible study is led by Barb in room 101 and will begin on in September. We meet the 1st & 3rd Tuesdays of each month through the school year.

Wednesday evenings from 7-8:15pm

Various women's (MOMS and ladies) Bible studies are offered throughout the year. Email Cheryl for more information.

MOMS Playgroup (10am-1pm) is held the 2nd & 4th Tuesday of each month and allows moms and their young children a chance to fellowship together. The playgroup location moves from home to home. Bring a lunch and enjoy the morning together! - NOTE: Playgroup has been changed for the summer 2008.

The MOMS group also gets together for various trips to the Maryland Zoo, Science Center, Pumpkin Patch and Anne Arundel County Fair. We dye Easter eggs together, deliver valentines to nursing homes and do mission projects together.
