How many wins will Jeff Gordon have when he’s done?
Jeff Gordon has 82 career wins. He hasn’t won in 48 races – his last win coming at Texas in April of 2009. He is consistently running in the top 5 every week, but he comes up just short all the time. He has said he would like to race “at least another 4 years”, and my guess is that if he does start winning some races, he’ll race longer because he loves being at a competitive level.
So, the question is:
How many wins will Jeff Gordon have when he retires?
im going to say 89, and one more championship.

Pete’s Dragon [VHS] $4.06 Disney loved to mix live action with animation (Mary Poppins, Bedknobs and Broomsticks), but this 1977 effort falls on its face. The turn-of-the-century story concerns an orphaned boy whose only friend is a cartoon monster. While the latter is entertainingly rendered, the rest of the film strains to be enchanting and the cast overreaches in a big way. Not for anybody over the age of ten. –Tom Keo… |

1996 Daytona 500 $52.99 High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles! The 1996 Daytona 500 was run on February 18 on the Daytona International Speedway. Dale Earnhardt won his first Daytona 500 pole, leading many to believe he would finally win the race. Ernie Irvan returned to full-time competition alongside Earnhardt (both drivers won their respective Gatorade 125-mile qualifying races). Reigning Winston Cup champion Jeff Gordon was eliminated on Lap 8 after getting a light tap from Jeremy Mayfield. Four other cars were involved in a chain reaction. On Lap 29, Earnhardt’s ignition failed, triggering a wreck for Ernie Irvan. Wally Dallenbach, Jr., who couldn’t see Earnhardt, tagged Irvan and sent him into the wall. Later, potential winners Terry Labonte and Sterling Marlin (Marlin had won the race in 1994 and 1995) had engine problems. Labonte managed a decent finish, but Marlin retired almost instantly from the lead. |
